This weekend we had the "Being and Feeling" retreat and it was perfect. Meditation, calm, presence, mindfulness, emotion, nature, and delicious food. Marga and Javi do a wonderful job. It's hard to explain what it feels like; you have to experience it. 💗
A wonderful experience immersed in nature that allows us to connect with ourselves and acquire tools for peace and meditation. The location, the facilitators, the food, and the facilities were all superb.
