I’d only recommend better signage to the meeting point in a huge covered parking lot, but once you’re there, everything is frictionless. Keep up the good work, Team Vima!

Very easy pickup, only took 5 minutes. No hardsell for unwanted extra insurance. Car was nice, clean, new and only 16,000KM. Return process was simply leave the car on floor3 with the keys. Would use Vima again. Fuel policy is return at the same level, which I prefer.

I recommend this agency with my eyes closed. They are very professional, they answer very quickly by email. We had the last 208 all options.
