Zafiro Palace Alcudia

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean, huge breakfast buffet, lovely facilities (gym/sauna/mini golf etc), hotel is modern, staff were very friendly. We arrived after mid night and the hotel had a beautiful buffet left for us with wine! This was really appreciated after a long day of travelling. The staff also made a special effort for our daughters birthday which made her day !

A very pleasant experience. I was staying at the hotel with a group of 12 golfers and we each had our own junior suite. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We only ate breakfast in the hotel which was excellent with a great choice of hot and cold food. The staff were very attentive and tables were cleared regularly. Bar staff were of the same standard. The reception staff went out if their way to make our stay

The location of the hotel is excellent, sitting in an elevated position giving wonderful views of the area. The staff at every level are excellent - from reception , restaurant and cleaning staff. All had a welcoming attitude and treated everyone as a valued customer. They couldn’t have been better. Rooms were very clean and very comfortable. Saved the best to the last. - the food.
