Iberostar Waves Alcudia Park

A five-star experience from a four-star hotel. From check-in to check-out, every single staff member we met was amazing. We cannot fault anyone. The food and drinks were exceptional, between the main restaurant, beach bar, ice cream hut, and food trucks, there was always something for everyone to enjoy for all types of ages.

The resort is excellent, with very good food and truly outstanding service. All the employees were extremely friendly, thoughtful, and always ready to help, which really made us feel welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay. One of the best things about the hotel is its location — it is directly adjacent to the beach, offering beautiful views and very easy access to the sea.

With Iberostar now part of the IHG fidelity program, we've chosen two of their properties for our Palma de Mallorca vacation. Waves Alcudia Park - one of them. The IHG status was recognized upon check it, that was nice, and with the help from some small issues with the room turned into a nice upgrade.
