If you love true Pilates it's definitely worth booking a class with her while staying in Palma. It's rare to find a studio with the amount of equipment and apparatuses she has available. Sylvia has a great eye for detail. Her classes are gentle yet very effective. The studio is also very clean. Highly recommend!
