Love the location! The buffet is awfull, and dinner is super expensive (more than other hotels same level en mallorca we’ve been). The staff is a bit undertrained. I understand its a hotel for mostly tourists but since its in spain, closing the dinner buffet at 9 sounds out of context and lack of respect for Mediterranean tourists.

Overcrowded nightmare! When I booked the pictures on their website were of the previous large pool overlooking the sea with 2 large child sections along with a larger deep pool.
