Grupotel Alcudia Pins

Lovely family stay with incredible staff and perfect beach access — but food and facilities could improve. We stayed at TUI Blue Alcudia Pins in Muro, Alcudia Bay during October half term and overall had a really enjoyable family holiday. The location is excellent — just a short 2-minute walk to a stunning beach with soft white sand and crystal-clear water.

We were not expecting much from this holiday as due to health reasons we changed it a week before travel from Mexico and after reading reviews expectations were low. We were very suprised on arrival. Reception staff checked us in quickly and our room was spacious for a family of 4 with teens. All staff are friendly and helpful. Beach is right in front of hotel and is very nice.

Absolutely loved our stay here. We arrived off peak and a day after they had opened, which would definitely recommend. We were upgraded to a sea view which was lovely and the pool was always very clean and so lovely to look at each morning. Rooms are what you would expect for a 3 star hotel - nothing fancy but not dated. The staff kept them very clean.
