I’m a tourist from Singapore 🇸🇬 and i do not recommend this hotel. Tried calling (IDD) and nobody picked up. I have a service dog for my hearing disability and they are unwilling to tell me whether service dogs are allowed. A poor reflection of Mallorca’s service standards.
