The car service we received for our Seat Ateca was excellent apart from two things. One, you have to pay for a courtesy vehicle which is a little strange and two, on collecting and dropping off the car it takes a while. I would say that we spent over an hour waiting. One last point to make is that it would be really nice if Seat actually gave the car back...

Great setup, but very slow service, despite arriving 10 mins before reopening at 3pm, took at least 30 minutes to be seen.
