Surry Hills | Coffee & Brunch Palma

What a beautiful little spot. I am starting to “date” myself and this was the first place on my list. There was a little wait outside, but that’s how you know it’s going to be good! So it was no problem for me. I felt content, happy, surrounded by happy faces and the coffee was DELICIOUS! I also had banana bread which was unreal.

The ruben sandwich was really good, on the salty side, french toast was also really good. The service and atmosphere once you were seated was quite wonderful, however we had to wait almost an hour for a table. Seating efficiency was quite low but,in their defence, it seemed that there was only one person working the floor. Coffee was VERY good, i recommend the cinnamon & honey latte.

The pic shows a world-class latte. You’ll have to take my word for it. Or go yourself. The Reuben sandwich and spicy tuna sandwich were excellent. Our server was wonderfully cheerful. We even met the owner, who clearly cares about getting everything right.
