Another great place to enjoy a delicious Variat near Palma. They only serve Variat on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, but it's well worth it. Homemade breading and everything is top quality! Excellent service, attentive and friendly.
7.50 for a tortilla and ham sandwich seems excessive to me. If it were Iberian ham, fine, but it was more like York ham. The service, although very slow, was good, but 10 euros for a drink and a sandwich doesn't seem appropriate for the area or the atmosphere.
