OMBU Paseo del Borne

Beautiful food and service. Every dish was delicious. We had the chicken and pistachio croquets, crispy squid, duck gyozas, bravas sobrasada and the crispy bread with tomato and everything was so delicious. Nichole, our wonderful server was just perfect, speaking beautiful English, friendly, attentive and made our visit even more special.

Truly best place we’ve visited during our 5 day Palma trip and I only wish I skipped on some other places and came back here. Start with cocktails, they r superb. Wine list nice and local, ask waiters for recommendation if not sure, they are great at finding best picks for you. Food is extraordinary. Beef tartare with foie gras we ordered as a starter and then again as a dessert.

Same here with the family for a lovely dinner. We were in the first floor, which I think was the great fit as it wasn’t too loud. We ordered half of the menu and I highly recommend just to taste all of it. Here’s an extract of what we got price and quality ratio very high.
