Surprisingly simple and very friendly! Both pick up and drop off simple and fast. Even when I had a problem with the car due to a flat tire, they were really helpful and took care of the matter immediately while being incredibly forthcoming and nice!
Ordered at hotel reception. Morning of the rental day, "Hiper" representant came to hotel, did a paperwork and done. Car was parked already in front of hotel. Return as simple: Just park the car outside, return the keys at the hotel reception and done. Easy, fast.
