Hotel Gran Fornells Thalasso & Spa

My stay for 5 nights here was okay. There are many things that were disappointing during my stay. I would choose somewhere else to stay next time if visiting Mallorca. Pros: - beach bag and beach towel provided - Balcony and view was pretty nice from sea view room - Decent selection of food at breakfast - Staff was nice

The hotel is certainly in a lovely location and staff are very welcoming! This is the 2nd time we’ve been, this time we paid a lot more for a smaller room, with a bed that was very uncomfortable the bedroom was tiny. When we checked in we asked about the spa facilities and told we would have to pay extra.

We spent four nights at Hotel Coronado Thalasso and Spa and we had truly enjoyable experience. The staff were consistently warm and welcoming, it’s hard to understand where any negative reviews come from, because everyone we encountered was genuinely friendly and helpful.
